Dance - Shadé Lanco's Journey

In her 16-year dance career, Shadé Lanco has been filled with passion for classical ballet. From the Paris Opéra Garnier (2012-2018) to the San Francisco Opera House in the United States (2018-2020), she even collaborated with the Moscow Ballet at one point. She has graced the stage with brilliant performances in well-known ballets such as "Giselle," "The Nutcracker," and "Swan Lake." After retiring from the opera house stage, Shadé Lanco became a nationally certified professional dance teacher and works at the Morris Beck Dance Academy in Paris. She also serves as a judge for entrance exams and dance competitions at various dance academies.

Students of Teacher Shadé highly praise her teaching. Since becoming a professional teacher, she has assisted students in preparing for various entrance exams and professional competitions, guiding numerous students from a hobby to a professional level. With a careful consideration of each student's perspective, she tailors training plans for individuals, helping them find confidence on stage through her professional training. Shadé's performance and teaching experiences were documented in the documentary "Spark of Stars" and broadcasted on France's national arts television channel, Arte.

Shade loves to work with Adult Ballet Dancer. She has Choreographed a few production with adult ballet dancer on stage, loving to work with the diversity of dancers with different abilities and potentials.

Shadé's dance classes extend beyond teaching classical dance techniques. Leveraging over a decade of professional knowledge, her courses cover methods related to muscle stretching for strength or flexibility, Pilates, yoga, dance history, and the fusion of dance aesthetics with music.
